About the Role
Dyna.Ai is hiring an Account Manager in Riyadh to manage partner accounts in the ICT, Telecom, and AI sectors. The role involves building relationships, driving sales, and coordinating solution development.

Responsibilities
- Establish professional, productive and collaborative relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Lead solution development efforts that best address clients’ needs and requirements
- Meet assigned targets for sales and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Cooperate with partner organizations to meet targets on end clients in coordination with partner sales resources
- Develop effective channel policies of engagement and manage potential channel conflicts
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Saudi native speaker)
- 1 3+ years of experience in account management / business development / customer success, preferably in ICT, Telecom, AI
- Experience working in Huawei / ZTE / Cisco / Dell / AWS / Microsoft / other large tech companies strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Middle East markets (Saudi, UAE, GCC) is a major advantage
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Able to work full time onsite in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or other cities)

Job Requirements
- Fluent in English for daily business communication.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Saudi native speaker.
- 1 3+ years’ experience in account management / business development / customer success, preferably in ICT, Telecom, AI.
- Experience working in Huawei / ZTE / Cisco / Dell / AWS / Microsoft / other large tech companies is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Middle East markets (Saudi, UAE, GCC) is a major advantage.
- Able to manage customer relationships independently.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Ability to support bid preparation, RFP response, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.
- Strong data awareness and reporting capability.
- Strong execution — able to push tasks to closure.
