Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team to integrate agricultural and environmental considerations into the steel structure building design.
- Evaluate and propose agricultural systems aligned with the project's goals and environmental sustainability.
- Conduct comprehensive soil analysis to determine suitability for farming and landscaping around the building.
- Implement soil management strategies for optimal land use and fertility enhancement.
- Design and implement efficient irrigation systems for landscaping and agricultural components.
- Propose water conservation strategies and water management techniques for the project landscape.
- Identify and select plants, trees, and greenery aligned with the project's aesthetic and environmental objectives.
- Advise on environmentally friendly practices and technologies supporting the project's sustainability goals.
- Develop strategies for ecological preservation and biodiversity enhancement within the project scope.
- Work with architects, structural engineers, and landscape designers to integrate agricultural components into the project design.
- Coordinate with construction supervision teams to implement agricultural elements during the construction phase.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in agricultural engineering, preferably in construction supervision projects.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, water management, and irrigation systems.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in agriculture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional Engineer certification or licensure is advantageous.
