About the Role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to the Service team
- Support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion
- Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles
- Coach the team on using the Agile framework and guide to greater Agile maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members feel collective responsibility
- Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Be the point of contact for the team and manage business expectations
- Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters for technical collaboration
- Monitor value delivered and facilitate team retrospectives
- Responsible for delivery of features/initiatives for Service Team
- Maintain/track program schedule and ensure timely reporting/escalation
Requirements
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies as a servant leader
- Ability to identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles
- Experience coaching teams on Agile framework and guiding to Agile maturity
- Ability to partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog
- Experience ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters
- Experience monitoring value delivered and facilitating retrospectives
- Responsibility for delivery of features/initiatives for Service Team
- Experience maintaining/tracking program schedule and reporting/escalation
- Experience maintaining/tracking project risks/issues/change register
