About the Role
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader for a newly formed Service team. You will coach the team on Agile practices, remove impediments, partner with Product Owners, and ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to newly formed Service team
- Support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion, assigning, or dictating
- Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur
- Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework, and guide them to greater Agile maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members feel collective responsibility
- Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Be the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations
- Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams
- Monitor value delivered by the team, and facilitate team retrospectives to identify ways to optimize value creation
- Responsible for the delivery of features/initiatives for their Service Team
- Maintain/track the program schedule and ensure timely reporting/escalation
Requirements
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies as a servant leader
- Ability to coach teams on Agile framework and guide them to greater Agile maturity
- Experience identifying impediments, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles
- Ability to partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests
- Experience ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills for managing interdependencies with other Scrum Masters
- Experience monitoring value delivered and facilitating team retrospectives
- Ability to maintain/track program schedule and report/escalate risks/issues/changes

Description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to newly formed Service team.

- Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests.
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Be the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Where there are interdependencies, communicate and co ordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams.
- Monitor value delivered by the team, and facilitate team retrospectives to identify ways to optimize value creation for business users and customers.
- Responsible for the delivery of the features / initiatives for their Service Team. They make sure that requirements are on the backlog, are prioritized and worked upon for timely implementation.
- Maintaining / tracking the program schedule and ensure timely reporting / escalation.
