  • The rapid adoption of AI and agent based systems is driving an explosion of non human identities.
  • The Advanced Technology Specialist (ATS) helps customers define a new model for governing both human and non human identities.

The Role

  • Seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Agentic Technology Specialist to cover the Middle East (UAE based).
  • Focus on selling Agentic related technology solutions (Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security, Shadow AI Remediation) into strategic accounts.

  • Business value led salesperson with ability to deliver UI demos, or sales ready Solutions Engineer moving into sales.
  • Curious, able to synthesize information rapidly.
  • Has worked as a specialist sales executive in a dynamic team based matrix selling environment.
  • Consultative seller who discovers mutual alignment between business value and technology solutions.
  • Quickly becomes a competitive blackbelt, anticipates objections.
  • Knows how to work across various personas within IT organizations.
  • Develops strong relationships at all levels.
  • Understands how to scale and empower other account resources.
  • Utilizes analytical tools and complex data to drive programs.
  • Demonstrates expertise in presenting value of SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions.
  • Provides superior customer experience from first discovery call.
  • Develops territory and opportunity plans.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Effectively address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions.
  • Strategically engage with customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
  • Lead appropriate technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
  • Follow up with customers and partner with post sale team.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Foster deep understanding of the territory.
  • Understand and communicate product and technological strategies of competitors.
  • Effectively navigate discussions across all levels of customer organization.
  • Utilize all reporting tools including accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.

Path to Success

  • 1 month: Establish strong relationships with Regional Sales & SE Leaders; become expert in ATS tools; deliver ATS sales plays and discovery calls.
  • 2 month: Identify and qualify top 20 ATS opportunities; create stakeholder map; develop competitive skills.
  • 3 month: Complete ATS territory plan; actively participate in operating cadence; contribute to opportunity plans.

Education, Languages & Travel

  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in IT, business or sales related field.
  • Arabic (native), English (fluent).
  • Travel: 50%.
