About the Role
Virtusa is looking for an Agentic Ops Engineer to build and manage agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, or AutoGen. You will develop reusable components for agent lifecycle management, implement RAG, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage agentic systems using LangGraph, Crew AI, or AutoGen
- Create markdown files to define agent logic
- Build reusable components for agent lifecycle management, orchestration, monitoring, and metering
- Track metrics like token usage, agent success rates, cost per execution, model drifts
- Implement RAG
- Define approval gates for high stake actions (HILT)
- Integrate with Kubernetes and Terraform using Python and Go
- Apply MCP in CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks
Requirements
- Proficiency in frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, or AutoGen
- Ability to create markdown files to define how agents should handle complex logic
- Support development of reusable components for agent lifecycle management, orchestration, monitoring, and metering
- Tracking new metrics like token usage, agent success rates, cost per execution, model drifts
- Understanding how to implement RAG
- Ability to define approval gates for high stake actions (HILT)
- Good knowledge of Python and Go (for integrations with Kubernetes and Terraform)
- Understanding of MCP in context of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks
- DevOps/SRE experience
- Hands on experience with LLMs, vector DBs, MCPs, etc.
- Good background on telemetry, observability and understand the concept of role of agents in the DevOps chain
