Responsibilities

  • · Define integration patterns for agent-to-agent, agent-to-tool, and agent-to-system interactions.
  • · Ensure governance and compliance through access control, auditability, and policy enforcement.
  • · Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations between Agentic AI systems, MCP servers, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and third-party services.
  • · Establish MCP integration standards covering tool discovery, context exchange, schema design, versioning, security, and observability.
  • · Lead integration of agents with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, collaboration tools, knowledge repositories, and cloud services.
