About The Team

  • Agent Strategy team shapes how customers use and gain value from the product.
  • Works alongside ASMs to build best practices and guide high value deployments.

About the Role

  • Partner closely with customers to guide deployments, support adoption, and ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • Work cross functionally with Product and Engineering to surface customer needs.
  • Blends relationship management with hands on execution.

In this role, you will

  • Play a key role in shaping the Agent Strategy function.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with customers as a strategic advisor.
  • Co pilot with customers throughout deployment journey.
  • Continuously learn and upskill expertise in product features and AI industry.
  • Communicate with customer stakeholders from ICs to C level.
  • Identify and support new projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Agent Product & Engineering teams to influence product roadmap.

Your background looks something like this

  • 4+ years of customer facing experience in a technical role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing large customers and driving highly visible projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills.
  • Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for agent building process.

Even better if you have

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI tool deployments in large organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Support processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience in a high growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or similar fields.
