Requirements
- 4+ years in customer facing technical roles like implementations or solutions consulting, or in consulting, finance, product, or project management
- Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs
- Strong operational instincts with experience building scalable processes or playbooks
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with both executives and operators
- Highly organized and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
- Low ego and team first mindset

About The Role
- Build and scale the function that develops world class AI Agents for customers.
- Own strategy and execution for deploying Decagon across complex enterprise environments.
- Design and own the agent development playbook, creating frameworks and processes.
- Partner closely with customer teams and work cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Your background looks something like this
