Job description
Work in a fast-paced customer service environment supporting schedule-change bookings.
Manage a minimum of 30 passenger name records per day.
Support customers and suppliers across flight reservation and schedule-change queries.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer and supplier calls and chats for schedule-change bookings.
- Report to the Team Leader to achieve goals and key performance indicators.
- Check schedule-change queues and contact airlines for alternate flight options.
- Follow up on reservations and communicate rescheduled-flight options to customers.
- Handle misconnections and obtain confirmation from airlines.
- Adapt to new situations, challenges, multitasking, and role reversals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service industry experience.
- Travel industry knowledge is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work different shifts, including night shifts.
- Self-learning ability and initiative are important.
- Strong critical and analytical skills are required.
