Pricing - Senior Manager

Requirements

• Experience
• 5-6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a closely related analytical and commercial role.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B pricing experiments.
• Experience building pricing or financial models to assess business impact.
• Some prior experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is a plus.
• Background in e-commerce, travel, OTA, or marketplace businesses is advantageous.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of margin management, price elasticity, and segment dynamics.
• Ability to build models that translate pricing logic into clear financial outputs.
• Soft Skills
• Clear communicator — able to distill complex data into decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborative and influential — comfortable working across Product, Data, and Finance.
• Structured and organised — able to manage a roadmap, coordinate experiments, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Strategic and ability to take a hands on approach when needed — shapes the pricing agenda and dives into execution when needed.
• Result driven — focused on business impact, not just analysis.
• Inquisitive and rigorous — questions assumptions, validates results, and constantly looks to improve.
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward action.
• Natural collaborator who builds trust across teams and gets things done through influence.
