AGE Mechanical Supervisor

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 2 years working at Supervisor level prior to undertaking this role.
• Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or Military equivalent apprenticeship / qualifications. Academic qualification for this role is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or equivalent ​
• Experienced and competent leader at this level.
• Demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency capturing skills, knowledge and authorities
• Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Expositions, Functionally Mandated Procedures and Management training.
• Leadership – Foundation.
• Human Factors, E&PW, ITAR & Fire Training Awareness
• On the Job Training Instructional Techniques
• UK Driving licence (driving in country to place of work will be required)
