Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Customer first point of contact for shipment information, incident/complaint management, ad hoc pricing, and claims
- Ensure correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile
- Administer shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and transport
- Ensure management of shipments in line with customer service commitment
- Track, record, analyze and improve exceptions/operational irregularities
- Implement regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations
- Route/assign shipments to relevant consol to meet service commitment and maximize profits
- Identify critical shipments and new business needing extra support
- Answer queries and prepare information for customer visits
- Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes and necessary documentation
- Investigate/support invoice disputes
- Resolve recurring issues and suggest process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- More than 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of routing, shipping, carrier management, third party logistics, airlines, ground transportation, cold chain, import export, stakeholder management
