Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately
- On a visit visa or with immediate availability (not currently employed full time elsewhere)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client facing roles
- Comfortable with a commission based structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil, along with English, is mandatory
- Ability to communicate in Hindi is an advantage

- Infinova Global is a UAE based end to end business consultancy offering services across digital marketing, HR consulting, finance consulting, manpower solutions, and IR advisory.
About the Role
- We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals currently available in the UAE.
- This is an independent contractor engagement focused on B2B client acquisition across Infinova's service lines.
- Contractors who perform consistently over 3–6 months will be evaluated for conversion to a full time salaried role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect B2B clients across UAE target industries.
- Pitch Infinova's service portfolio to decision makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Maintain a consistent and active pipeline with daily activity.

Qualifications
- Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
- On a visit visa or with immediate availability (not currently employed full time elsewhere).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client facing roles — strong freshers also welcome.
- Comfortable with a commission based structure and motivated by performance based rewards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit fully — this is not suitable alongside existing employment.
- Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil, along with English, is mandatory. Ability to communicate in Hindi is an advantage.
Compensation
- Commission based — compensation is structured as a percentage of the value of clients successfully onboarded.
- Business development travel expenses covered by the company.
- Clear conversion pathway to a full time salaried role based on consistent performance.
