About Infinova Global

  • Infinova Global is a UAE based end to end business consultancy offering services across digital marketing, HR consulting, finance consulting, manpower solutions, and IR advisory.

About the Role

  • We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals currently available in the UAE.
  • This is an independent contractor engagement focused on B2B client acquisition across Infinova's service lines.
  • Contractors who perform consistently over 3–6 months will be evaluated for conversion to a full time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect B2B clients across UAE target industries.
  • Pitch Infinova's service portfolio to decision makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Maintain a consistent and active pipeline with daily activity.
  • Submit regular lead trackers and activity updates.
  • Represent the company professionally across all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
  • On a visit visa or with immediate availability (not currently employed full time elsewhere).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client facing roles — strong freshers also welcome.
  • Comfortable with a commission based structure and motivated by performance based rewards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit fully — this is not suitable alongside existing employment.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil, along with English, is mandatory. Ability to communicate in Hindi is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Commission based — compensation is structured as a percentage of the value of clients successfully onboarded.
  • Business development travel expenses covered by the company.
  • Clear conversion pathway to a full time salaried role based on consistent performance.
