Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / client facing roles
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
- Ability to commit full time to a performance based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ownership and consistent work discipline
- Must be currently based in the UAE on visit visa or immediate availability

About The Role
- This is a full time, performance driven opportunity designed for individuals currently available in the UAE and looking to build a career in B2B sales.
- Candidates will initially join on a contractor basis focused on client acquisition and onboarding.
- Based on consistent performance during the initial 3–6 month period, candidates will be evaluated for conversion into a full time role with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across UAE target industries

Compensation
- Performance based compensation with high earning potential
- Earnings directly linked to successful client onboarding
- Travel expenses for business development activities will be covered by the company
- Structured performance review and conversion pathway to a fixed salary role
Role Expectation
- This is a full time engagement during the contractor phase
- Candidates must be physically present in the UAE for sales activities and meetings
- Consistent daily activity (lead generation, meetings, closures) is critical
- This role may not suit candidates looking for fixed salary stability in the initial phase
What We’re Looking For
