- Blue Guardian is looking for ambitious and relationship-driven Affiliate Managers to join our growing team in Dubai.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and growing our affiliate network, with a primary focus on the European, US, and LATAM markets.
- You'll work closely with creators, influencers, trading communities, and strategic partners to drive growth and expand our global presence.
- What we're looking for
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate models
- to optimize campaigns for growth
- Proven experience in finance/prop trading firms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a passion for growth
- Must be already based in Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, defining commission structures aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for revenue growth
- Track and monitor commissions accurately and reconcile affiliate accounts
- Provide partners with marketing assets, product information, and campaign support
- Ensure compliance
