Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prepare baselines/updates aligned with BU KPIs, ensuring compliance with planning strategy and sector rules.
Coordinate with Design/Procurement/Cost/Site to support predictability and dependency sequencing.
Maintain high-quality progress, productivity, and risk data while ensuring compliance with EPPM/BI/ACC.
Apply standardized WBS/coding structures and maintain accurate daily data that feeds predictive indicators.
Build awareness of how planning outputs affect cost, claims, risk, and business performance.
Operational Support EPPM updates, BI dashboards, and data validation to feed early-warning and predictability indicators.
Assist Planning Engineers in compiling weekly summaries, risk flags, and procurement/design tracking.
Record daily progress, micro-schedules, productivity data, and update logs with full accuracy.
