AE - Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (Construction) supports AMANA’s innovation agenda by assisting in the analysis of construction processes, physical building systems, and assembly methods to inform product-led and manufacturing-informed construction initiatives.

Embedded within the Innovation Division, the role focuses on learning and contributing to the development of physical products, construction systems, and build methodologies, applying Manufacturing Experience (MX) principles such as prototyping, testing, iteration, and standardization under the guidance of senior team members.

The role works closely with site operations, engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to gather insights, document findings, and support improvement initiatives, helping translate construction realities into better-informed systems, repeatable solutions, and scalable construction approaches.

The Business Analyst (Technology) supports the execution of AMANA’s innovation agenda by evaluating construction technologies and digital solutions, translating internal business needs into clear requirements, and supporting informed technology adoption decisions.

Working within the Innovation Division, the role focuses on construction technology, digital platforms, and emerging solutions.

The position bridges technology vendors and startups with internal stakeholders, ensuring that selected solutions are relevant, practical, and aligned with AMANA’s operational realities.
