- Previous experience working directly with senior management or CEOs is preferred
- Strategic thinking and ability to align decisions with institutional objectives

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Advisor to the CEO to provide direct strategic and executive advisory support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- The role is focused on supporting high impact decision making through the structuring of complex issues, conducting institutional, commercial, and financial analyses, evaluating alternatives, opportunities, and risks, and translating strategic directions and executive priorities into measurable init
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and executive advisory support to the CEO across administrative, organizational, and business development matters.
- Follow up on the implementation of executive directives, decisions, and initiatives, and coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
- Contribute to business development by assessing opportunities, proposing initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing institutional efficiency.
- Prepare studies, reports, and executive presentations, analyze key matters, and provide recommendations that support effective decision making.
- Manage and follow up on assigned special matters and projects.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and committees when delegated.
- Provide support and assistance in matters related to the General Secretariat of the University Endowments.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the CEO in support of the organization’s interests and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Strategy, Governance, or Corporate Performance are considered an advantage.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Executive Management, Consulting, Strategy, Business Development, Project Management, Corporate Performance, Operations.
- Previous experience working directly with senior management or CEOs is preferred.
