Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Advanced Solution Engineer role based in Dubai, JLT.

The role focuses on software solutions for FinTech, digital wallets, payments, remittances, and banking.

Software development

Develop C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, and Web API services.
Build microservices using REST, gRPC, and API Gateway patterns.
Apply clean or layered architecture and software design patterns.

Data and integration

Design, review, tune, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and indexes.
Integrate systems using RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar message-based technologies.
Use EF Core, Redis, and distributed caching in application development.

Security and infrastructure

Develop secure APIs using JWT, OAuth2, and encryption fundamentals.
Work with Docker and Linux basics and support production troubleshooting.
Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry is nice to have.
CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud experience is nice to have.

Qualifications

Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Have 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
Have FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance, or banking domain experience.
Have experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor.
Have experience with database design or review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

Technical requirements

Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web API, microservices, and SQL Server skills are required.
Experience with EF Core, message-based integration, Redis, Docker, Linux, and secure API development is required.

Workplace

The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, JLT.
