Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Advanced Solution Engineer role based in Dubai, JLT.
The role focuses on advanced .NET, API, microservices, database, messaging, security, and fintech solution development.
Role and Technical Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), and Web API.
- Build microservices using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
- Work with SQL Server, including stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting.
- Use EF Core, clean or layered architecture, and design patterns.
- Integrate message-based systems with RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar technologies.
- Work with Redis, Docker, and Linux basics.
- Develop secure APIs using JWT/OAuth2 and encryption fundamentals.
- Apply fintech, digital wallet, payment, remittance, or banking domain knowledge.
Nice to Have
- Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry.
- CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps.
- Kubernetes and Azure cloud experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Fintech, digital wallet, payment, remittance, or banking domain experience.
- Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team.
- Experience in database design or review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
