Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Advanced Solution Engineer role based in Dubai, JLT.

The role supports advanced software solutions for financial institutions and related digital products.

Core Technical Scope

Develop C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, and Web API solutions.
Build microservices using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
Work with SQL Server, including stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting.
Use EF Core, clean or layered architecture, and design patterns.
Implement message-based integrations with RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar tools.
Work with Redis, distributed caching, Docker, and Linux basics.
Develop secure APIs using JWT/OAuth2 and encryption basics.
Support FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance, or banking solutions.

Qualifications and Education

A minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
The role requires 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
Candidates should have experience in a FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance, or banking domain.
Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor is required.
Experience in database design or review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting is required.

Nice to Have

Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry.
CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps.
Experience with Kubernetes or Azure cloud.
