About the Role
EA SPORTS seeks an Advanced Data Analyst to lead the Experimentation program for FC Ultimate Team. You will design and evaluate player-facing experiments, write complex SQL, build dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with production teams to define telemetry requirements and ensure robust data collection
- Design and implement player facing experimentation using best practices in a complex live environment
- Write and maintain complex SQL and scripting workflows to extract, transform, and validate large scale telemetry datasets
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
- Explore user behavioral patterns through experimentation to identify opportunities for improving player experiences
- Present analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders of all seniority levels
- Act as a subject matter expert in experimentation, driving adoption of a data driven, test and learn culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research) or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of technical experience in data analytics, with a focus on performing quantitative analysis with large datasets
- Expert knowledge or equivalent practical experience in leading an experimentation function for a live product
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to extract data from complex, multi source systems
- Hands on experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) with experience writing scripts for data transformation and statistical analysis

What We're Looking For

Pay Transparency North America
- British Columbia: CAD 114,300 CAD 156,200 per year.
- Benefits include vacation (3 weeks per year to start), sick time, paid parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan.
