**City University Qatar (CUQ)** is seeking to appoint a professional and organised **Admissions & Records Executive** to support the effective administration of student admissions and records management.
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth delivery of admissions, enrolment, and student record processes, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high standards of service throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and assess undergraduate and postgraduate applications in accordance with university policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate applicant, admissions, enrolment, and student records within the Student Information System (SIS)
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
- Respond to admissions, registration, and student records enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support the preparation and issuance of official student documentation, including transcripts and certificates
- Liaise with academic departments and internal stakeholders to support admissions and records processes
- Assist with records management, reporting, and administrative support functions
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to university policies at all times
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admissions, higher education administration, or a related office environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems
