- Use data and insights to ensure the Admissions plan drives enrolment and retention performance across the school
- Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world class admissions experience
- Lead a team to ensure the admissions and application experience is efficient and professional
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic teams and support functions to align admissions processes with guidelines
- Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting, collaborating with the DAM and Marketing team to utilize Salesforce CRM
- Ensure compliance and best practice in admissions policy management

- Strong knowledge of local and international educational trends, as well as understanding of the school's unique curriculum offerings
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business objectives
- Natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels
- Experience with data capture, analysis, and using data to generate actionable insights

About the Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process within NAS Dubai, working closely with other departments to promote the school's values and offerings, and to meet enrolment targets.
- You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Use data and insights to ensure that the Admissions plan is developed to drive enrolment and retention performance across the school.
- Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world class admissions experience for all families, in line with the NAE Family Experience.
- Lead a team to ensure that the admissions and application experience is as efficient and professional as possible.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the academic teams and all support functions to ensure that admissions processes, accounting and ways of working are in line with the school and NAE guidelines.
- Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting across the team, collaborating with the DAM and the wider Marketing and Communications team to effectively utilise data within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure compliance and best practice in admissions policy management.
