Reporting to Area Manager Customer Service and Logistics, the Administrator – Service Operations you'll be responsible for ensuring our showroom and retail areas are well-presented, organised, and customer-focused while providing exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
Roster: Monday – Friday offering either a 6.5- or 8.5-hour day excluding meal break
Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service
Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
Maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
Supporting stock control and stocktaking activities
Processing orders and coordinating inventory requirements
Assisting with branch administration and store documentation
Participating in store meetings and supporting operational activities
Working closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience with stock management, stocktaking or inventory processes
Good administrative and organisational skills
