المشاركة في وضع خطط العمل وتوزيع المهام داخل الوحدة التنظيمية. إعداد مراسلات مدير الإدارة الإشراف على الأعمال المكتبية المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل داخل الإدارة. الإشراف على دراسة المعاملات الرسمية بطبيعة العمل ومراجعتها والتأكد من استيفائها الشروط المطلوبة. الإشراف على تعبئة البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة في المعاملات المختلفة الإشراف على متابعة إنجاز المعاملات الرسمية المختلفة المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل تنظيم تنسيق العمليات الإدارية في الإدارة والإشراف عليها التنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية الأخرى بهدف إنجاز المعاملات الرسمية. الإشراف على إرشاد المراجعين والرد على استفساراتهم الإشراف على حفظ وأرشفة البيانات والمستندات المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل.
