Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and diary schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting logistics.
  • Process and reconcile expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain confidential records and support daily office operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong diary/calendar management experience.
  • Experience with expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
