Position Overview

  • We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and highly organized Remote Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
  • This entry level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with organized systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day to day administrative operations.
  • No extensive professional experience is required. We provide structured training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal databases using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Standardize names, contact information, formatting, and internal documentation.
  • Identify duplicate records, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
  • Organize digital files using established naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Workflow & Task Coordination: Review and organize incoming administrative requests.
  • Assign or route tasks according to established workflows.
  • Track task progress through completion.
  • Follow up on overdue or incomplete items.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Update operational trackers for ongoing, completed, and pending work.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and documentation.
  • Prepare simple progress summaries and reports.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions carefully.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks accurately.
  • Reliable high speed internet connection.
  • Access to a computer suitable for remote work.
