Role Description
Full-time remote role supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of AWS UG WIT Lahore.
The position supports community activities, online events, workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs.
The role collaborates with community leads and volunteers to maintain organized operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and online events and maintain schedules and calendars.
- Manage documentation, records, emails, member communication, and basic reporting.
- Support logistics for workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs.
- Streamline processes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare summaries or minutes and update internal tools.
- Contribute to an organized, efficient, and responsive operations environment.
Qualifications
- Executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance skills are required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- General administration skills are required for scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, and online event coordination.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and basic project coordination is beneficial.
