We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
- Produce photo ID badges for all UW Health employees and grant access privileges to the security card access system.
- Provide directions and complete visitor screening and production of visitor passes at American Family Children’s Hospital. This includes maintaining a list of visitor restrictions and dealing with complex visitation issues.
- Monitor and respond to the department email inbox and perform time sensitive data entry.

Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
