Administrative Operations Assistant - Security Services

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday working 11:00 am – 7:30 pm.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

• Produce photo ID badges for all UW Health employees and grant access privileges to the security card access system.
• Provide directions and complete visitor screening and production of visitor passes at American Family Children’s Hospital. This includes maintaining a list of visitor restrictions and dealing with complex visitation issues.
• Monitor and respond to the department email inbox and perform time sensitive data entry.

• No minimum education required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

• 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
• Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
