Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Officer to provide administrative and operational support to the organization.
The successful candidate will assist in managing office operations, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting various departments to ensure efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and team members.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases while ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government entities when required.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Competencies
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
