Role Overview
HH Salon is hiring an Administrative Officer to support office operations, documentation, coordination, reporting, HR support, and basic finance administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, licenses, vendor files, and company documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports and track expenses, invoices, payments, and petty cash.
- Support onboarding, attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Organize meetings, schedules, office supplies, assets, and general office requirements.
- Ensure records are accurate, updated, and ready for audits or inspections.
- Assist management with operational follow-ups and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, office coordination, HR support, finance support, or operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with vendor coordination, document control, payroll support, or petty cash is advantageous.
