- Handle daily administrative tasks in the office
- Support the Country Manager in daily duties
- Generate and run reports using spreadsheets
- Collect data and utilize various tracking tools
- Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation
- Plan and organise meetings
- Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements
- Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events
- Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork
- Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude and openness to challenges
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

You Will
- Handle daily administrative tasks in the office;
- Support the Country Manager in daily duties;
- Generate and run reports using spreadsheets;
- Collect data and utilize various tracking tools;
- Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects;
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
- Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation;
- Plan and organise meetings;
- Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements;
- Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet up, holiday party, annual team development event & happy hours);
- Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork;
- Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow;

- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
