Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks in the office.
  • Support the Country Manager in daily duties.
  • Generate and run reports using spreadsheets.
  • Collect data and utilize various tracking tools.
  • Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation.
  • Plan and organise meetings.
  • Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements.
  • Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events.
  • Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork.
  • Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow.
