Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks in the office.
- Support the Country Manager in daily duties.
- Generate and run reports using spreadsheets.

- Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation.
- Plan and organise meetings.
- Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements.
- Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events.
- Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork.
