Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and meetings, manage correspondence and documentation, and maintain digital records and filing systems.
• Assist with basic financial and budget tracking and support vendor and partner communication.
• Ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations and update internal databases.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and online collaboration platforms.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence.
• Experience in administrative support or office management is preferred, particularly in media, publishing, or tourism-related fields.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and record-keeping processes is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project coordination, meeting logistics, and stakeholder follow-up is an advantage.
