V2X seeks an Administrative Logistics Specialist to support the Project Manager in Doha, Qatar. The role involves administrative support, logistics coordination, and interfacing with military organizations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare administrative reports for various military organizations and higher headquarters using Microsoft Office tools
- Prepare metrics as directed by Country Manager in support of Statement of Work
- Interface with PMO personnel and support Project Manager's Office
- Keep track of personnel assigned to the country location and those temporarily assigned
- Assist with in processing/out processing and ensure necessary paperwork is completed
- Support the logistic supply chain function and regional logistics operations
- Collaborate with subcontractors/suppliers and provide summaries of discussions
- Ensure materials, resources, and services flow through the system in a timely manner
- Maintain applicable Project directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines
- Assist with timekeeping functions and training tracking
Requirements
- High School/GED
- 2+ years of related administrative experience
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT)
- Must satisfy host country requirements to legally work in Qatar
- Strong background in administration & logistics
- Experience in normal office functions and Microsoft Office software

Overview
- Provides administrative support to the Project Manager.
- Coordinates departmental, functional meetings, logistics support and other activities for the team.
- Proactively addresses potential problems to ensure efficient functioning office.

Qualifications
- High School/GED
