- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and confidential records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing management reports and business presentations
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Support office administration, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Track projects, follow up on action items, and maintain progress reports
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice verification, and procurement documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior management is preferred
- Previous UAE experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and business etiquette
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Summary
