- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
- Organize office-related events such as Board Room setup, Christmas party, and maintenance service schedule
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Draft, edit, and proofread memos, letters, emails, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Participate in proposal meetings to coordinate the inclusion of information from various disciplines
- Assist with editing and maintaining project-related documents in our corporate templates
- Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems
- Keep accurate records on proposals in progress
- Run company errands as needed and perform all other related duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a related role (considered an asset)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High motivation with results-oriented focus
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Unwavering commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Valid Class G driver’s licence
- You are organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, and can co-ordinate workflow, assess priorities, and meet deadlines
- You have proven customer service skills to deal effectively with clients
- You are always keen to try something new
- You work hard until the job is done
