- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the department and the Chief of Alternative Investments
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize domestic and international travel
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents
- Coordinate meetings by arranging logistics, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items
- Manage incoming communications, maintain confidential records and filing systems, and handle sensitive information
- Liaise with internal departments, senior management, external stakeholders, and service providers
- Monitor departmental priorities, support special projects, assist with expense reports and procurement documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in administrative, executive support, or senior office management roles supporting high level executives
- Strong executive coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High level calendar and schedule management capabilities
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive executive information
- Strong exposure to budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking processes
- Ability to operate in fast paced, high level executive environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Arabic: Native
- English: Fluent

- Master Works is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, coordinate daily office operations, manage schedules, meetings, and documentation, and ensure efficient communication across departments.
- You will support business operations by maintaining organized records, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating travel, and assisting leadership in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the department and the Chief of Alternative Investments, ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the office
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate meetings by arranging logistics, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution
- Manage incoming communications, maintain confidential records and filing systems, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal departments, senior management, external stakeholders, and service providers to facilitate effective communication and support departmental operations
- Monitor departmental priorities, support special projects, assist with administrative processes such as expense reports and procurement documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
