Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office requirements.
  • Support invoice processing, purchase requests, and document control.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
