Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and format professional documents, correspondence, and official letters
  • Provide Arabic translation and bilingual support (Arabic–English) for internal and external communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and support interactions with government entities where required
  • Assist with general office administration, records management, and compliance‑related documentation
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations

Key Requirements

  • Strong document preparation skills: Ability to draft, format, and manage professional documents and official correspondence.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English): Fluency in both languages, with strong translation skills for business communications.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Experience liaising with internal teams and supporting interactions with external/government entities.
  • Administrative & organizational skills: Capability to handle office administration, records management, and documentation efficiently.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes: Familiarity with maintaining proper documentation aligned with regulatory or compliance standards.
  • Multitasking & adaptability: Ability to manage ad hoc administrative tasks and support daily operational needs.
