Provides comprehensive clerical, operational, and administrative support to management and staff to ensure efficient office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- **Office Administration:** Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, welcoming visitors, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
- **Sales Support:** Drafting quotes, proposals, and contracts; preparing sales presentations.
- **Document Control:** Draft, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- **Communication:** Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external correspondence.
Key Qualifications
- **Experience:** with experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- **Organization:** Excellent multitasking ability with high attention to detail.
- **Can start immediately**
- **Preferred Nationalities:** Nepal, Bangladesh, Africa, Ghana and Senegal.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
