Job Description

Provides comprehensive clerical, operational, and administrative support to management and staff to ensure efficient office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Office Administration:** Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, welcoming visitors, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
  • **Sales Support:** Drafting quotes, proposals, and contracts; preparing sales presentations.
  • **Document Control:** Draft, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • **Communication:** Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external correspondence.

Key Qualifications

  • **Experience:** with experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • **Organization:** Excellent multitasking ability with high attention to detail.
  • **Can start immediately**
  • **Preferred Nationalities:** Nepal, Bangladesh, Africa, Ghana and Senegal.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
