Role description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR and Admin Specialist who speaks Tagalog.
The role manages daily HR operations and administrative support for internal business operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits and support performance management processes.
- Assist with HR policy implementation.
- Respond to employee inquiries in English and Tagalog.
- Support scheduling, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bring experience in daily HR operations, HR management, personnel management, employee records, onboarding, and performance-process support.
- Have knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits.
- Be fluent in Tagalog and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient with HRIS or HR-related systems and common office productivity tools.
- Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Understanding of relevant labor regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in financial services or a fast-paced international company is beneficial.
