Role Overview
Cheezee Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Forex and Financial Services ecosystem.
The role focuses on strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sustainable growth across Chinese-speaking and international markets.
Company Context
Cheezee Global is part of Tradev Markets Limited Group and provides Crypto C2C, OTC, Wallet, and Payment Gateway solutions.
The company operates across more than 20 countries and is expanding its Dubai office and global client base.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard Forex brokers, Introducing Brokers, affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic clients.
- Develop strategies to expand the partner network across Chinese-speaking and international markets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, executives, and industry stakeholders.
- Present payment, Crypto OTC, Wallet, and settlement solutions tailored to partner needs.
- Manage commercial partnerships from lead generation through deal closure.
Collaboration and Market Growth
- Work with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations on partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities across Forex, FinTech, Crypto, and Digital Payments.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Achieve business development targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Chinese and excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of business development, partnership, institutional sales, or account management experience.
- Previous Forex Brokerage, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Forex brokerage operations, liquidity, payment solutions, and institutional partnerships is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
