Administrative Assistant (Class III)

• The Administrative Assistant/Student Affairs will assist with administrative tasks and student support, enhancing the School's operational efficiency and student engagement.Support the Office of Student Affairs with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to answering Mailman's email account, campus tours, event programming, and representing Columbia Mailman at virtual and in person events.

General qualifications for the position and the specific qualifications for the various levels or rates of pay associated with the position.

• Currently enrolled, work-study eligible Mailman School of Public Health student, or other Columbia school. Must be detailed oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
