Alloy Enterprises addresses these constraints with advanced thermal management components enabled by its Stack Forging™ process, which creates single-piece, leak-tight metal parts with complex internal microgeometries for stronger cooling performance, lower pressure drop, and high reliability. Founded in 2020, Alloy has built an industry-leading thermal management platform for data centers and mission-critical systems. This role generally requires 4 days onsite per week.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in keeping our leadership team organized, efficient, and focused on delivering innovative thermal management solutions.

You'll provide administrative support to our Sr.

Director, Commercial Strategy, Sr.

Director, Business Operations, Sr.

Director, Engineering, Sr.

Director, Customer Solutions, and Vice President & General Manager.

You will help manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure employees and visitors have an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
