Lead NPI activities for desktop PCs, workstations, rack servers, blade servers and storage systems.
Manage product introductions from engineering builds through production release and ramp-up.
Develop and execute project plans, launch schedules and milestone tracking.
Coordinate Design Validation Testing (DVT) and Production Validation Testing (PVT).
Ensure manufacturing readiness and successful product launches.

Experience with PCBA board builds and electronic assemblies.
Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems, particularly Windchill.
Experience driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Familiarity with supplier qualification and alternate sourcing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.
