- Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate office facilities, assets, and operational requirements
- Support vehicle administration, logistics coordination, and staff related administrative matters
- Ensure timely completion of all compliance and documentation requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Procurement, or Office Management
- Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses, government procedures, and documentation
- Experience handling local procurement and vendor management
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Role Overview
