We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling international visa applications and providing end-to-end support for travel documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and process visa applications for countries including the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Schengen countries, and various Asian countries.
· Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
· Coordinate and support travel-related arrangements, including itinerary planning and documentation.
· Ensure all applications are accurately prepared and submitted within the required timelines.
· Stay updated with changing visa regulations and international travel requirements.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing and travel documentation.
· Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and regulations.
· Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
